Temporary Licence:
For Unlicensed Athletes 21 & 10km: R45

Route Information:

1. Obey all Traffic officials and Race Marshalls.
2. No Seconding will be allowed.
3. No Littering will be allowed.
4. No earphones, Ipods and similar devices will be allowed & will lead to disqualification.

General Information:

1. The race will run according to World Athletics and ASA Rules.
2. Athletes for 10km must be 14 Years or older on the day of the race.
3. Athletes for 21km must be 16 Years or older on the day of the race.
4. Proof of Age ID must be produced upon request on the day of the race.
5. Registered Athletes must wear full club colours.
6. 2023 Licence numbers on front and back of the vest.
7. Temporary Licence must be fixed on the back of the vest.
8. Age Category tags must be clearly displayed (Back & Front for the duration of the race.
9. Only Athletes with race numbers & Licence Numbers will be allowed.
10. Race Numbers will be issued at the event.
11. ASA Licence numbers must not be covered with any paper race number Race Bib.
12. This is a close competition for runners, walkers with fixed "W" welcomed.
13. Athletes entering this event & use medical to treat an illness or condition which fall under prohibited list, should fill Teurapetic use Exemption form before entering the event or obtain autorisation from SAIDS to take needed medicine or method
14. 12% levy of entry fees would be paid to AMPU
15. Referees decision is final
